We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Evergreen Primary Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

Contract: Fixed Term until 13/02/2026

**Salary**: CLF Grade B (£25,136 - £27,398)

Term time only - actual starting salary: £18,906

Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Start date: ASAP

What we are looking for:
To be successful in the post, Evergreen Primary Academy are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to assist in the educational, personal, and social development of designated children under the direction and guidance of relevant colleagues. Support children by adopting relevant strategies and techniques to enable them to achieve developmental milestones, engage with their learning and achieve their full potential. Takes responsibility for implementing planned learning activities/ teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to children’s responses as appropriate. Work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role.

This role has significant responsibility for ensuring safeguarding practice within the academy. This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
