**Summary**

We are seeking a talented and passionate **Restaurant Supervisor** to support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining a high standard of food quality and customer satisfaction. The supervisor works closely with the restaurant manager to oversee staff, ensure operational excellence, and handle customer service issues.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen employees, ensuring they adhere to company standards and provide excellent service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Oversee shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels, and help with opening and closing procedures.
- Train new staff, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor staff performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation are consistent, maintaining high standards.
- Assist with inventory checks, order supplies, and ensure the proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations, including cleanliness, food safety standards, and licensing laws.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a restaurant or food service position, with some supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional education in hospitality or management is a plus.
- Food safety certifications (optional but preferred).
- Customer-focused, with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to handle pressure in busy settings.
