**Role Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out pre-event checks of venues/ sites where necessary
- Ensure a welcome atmosphere
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Act as a highly visible deterrent
- Ensure the upmost safety of guests and staff within the venue/ site
- Demonstrate ability to confidently handle conflict and manage difficult situations effectively and professionally
- Liaise confidently with venue management
- Deliver outstanding approachable customer service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and licensing laws
- Record accurate incident reports in a timely manner
- Monitoring crowds for disorder and overcrowding
- Responding to emergencies in a mature and efficient manner
