As Yard Foreman, you will be acquired to supervising and motivating your team of staff on a daily basis. Also you will be required to assist with deliveries, un-loading and loading of vehicles at the branch. We are looking for someone who will maintain a clean and safe working environment and who will be an asset to the day to day running of the branch.

**Customers**
- Customer orders completed to customers satisfaction

**Stocks**
- Minimise stock holding
- Maximise customer service level (ability to satisfy customer orders )
- Maximise purchase price quantity savings
- Goods received in accordance with Company Purchase Order
- Stocks are correctly stored and retrieved safely and efficiently.
- Discrepancies/Breakages/theft are prevented / quickly discovered
- Stock Records are correct and up to date
- Warehouse is always kept clean and tidy.
- Health and Safety regulations are complied with.
- Staff are working in accordance of company rules and procedures

**Motor Vehicles**
- Aim to ensure all Lorries to be in a fully operational and in a presentable state in compliance with legal and Health and safety requirements and are operated to maximise cost efficiency.

**Forklifts**
- Aim to ensure fully operational and presentable state in compliance with legal and Health and safety requirements

**Also to carry out such further tasks that may from time to time be delegated to them by their superior**
