Responsibilities of the Manager, Supply Chain include:
**_ Network Performance Management & Development (30%)_**
- Develop performance management tools for the supplier network and Operations teams.
- Review and distribute supplier scorecard metrics, create, and execute corrective action plans to address performance gaps.
- Provide one-on-one coaching/guidance to suppliers, as necessary.
- Host virtual and in-person group workshops and meetings to build partnership and continuously enhance network performance and alignment.
- Partner with Operations to mitigate file-level escalations related to supplier performance/partnership issues.
- Review and monitor individual network performance by conducting periodic performance measurement.
- Assign an experienced DSC mentor for newly onboarded consultants.
- Provide support and coaching prior to DSCs first assignment. Assess DSC performance after first assignment and provide feedback and coaching.
**Network Recruitment, Onboarding & Compliance (20%)**
- Closely monitor network capacity against new order volume trending and client services needs.
- Recruit new Suppliers to secure supplier geographic coverage and service capacity to meet business demands:
- Post online advertisements.
- Identify and leverage alternative recruiting sources.
- Administer new supplier onboarding processes, orientation courses and compliance requirements.
- Maintain oversight of independent contractor compliance and policy adherence, including background screenings, code of conduct adherence, GDPR & data protection measures, and supplier records maintenance.
**_ Network Partnership Management (20%)_**
- Monitor supplier coverage, availability, work distribution, performance, status and new supplier utilization.
- Review market and supplier specific volume high or low trends.
- Manage supplier records/profiles in company database, contact information, coverage, availability, performance indicators.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to build strong relationships, foster engagement and manage partner recognition initiatives.
- Respond to suppliers’ questions related to company policy, industry procedures, service practices, technology usage and contractual terms.
- Communicate, remind and enforce adherence to Dwellworks supplier policies, service practices and compliance requirements.
- Review regional cancellation and defect data to identify coaching opportunities or initiate recruitment.
- Liaise with Operation teams to highlight network management actions and to direct volume distribution based on Supply Chain policy.
- Coordinate and host regular meetings with key supplier teams.
- Investigate/troubleshoot supplier payment inquiries.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting. Analyze reporting to set actions to align with key business. metrics relative to Compliance, Quality, Utilization and Cost of Sale, Technology Usage.
**_ _**_Tech support (15%)_**
- Systems include Dwellworks University, Mydwellworks, outlook, etc.
- Host myDwellworks orientations, tutorials, and remedial refreshers to facilitate an excellent platform-driven service experience.
- Provide day-to-day supplier helpdesk-level support to troubleshoot and resolve common system challenges.
- Set-up and manage new supplier accounts, including re-setting passwords, inactivating suppliers as necessary, and maintain data security oversight.
**Ad-hoc Initiatives (15%)**
- Support network expansion into new markets and business lines.
- Manage special projects related to scaling service capabilities, best practices and global integration
- Lead the local integration of Global Supply Chain initiatives, resources, and systems.
- Serve as the internal point-of-contact for any coverage inquiries, market information, regional best practices, mock tour coordination, etc.
- Partner with local market experts to gather key trends, opportunities, service challenges, etc.
- Represent Dwellworks at local and regional mobility industry events, as requested.
- Partner with Dwellworks’ market-facing team to attend client and prospect meetings.
