With over two decades of successfully producing high quality bespoke single items to large scale FF&E overseas projects for B2B Trade clients, our team combine passion and a collaborative approach to deliver the finest in custom made furniture.

**Job Summary**

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an exceptionally skilled and experienced furniture Fabric Cutter/Sewer to join our busy West London Workshops, working on a wide range of bespoke upholstered furniture.

You will have a good knowledge of both traditional and contemporary upholstery, with a keen eye for detail and be confident in always working to a high standard.
- Preparation of all fabrics and patterns and cut for the sewing machinists and upholstery teams.
- Make and adjust patterns where needed.
- Gather all materials, tools and subassemblies needed.
- Maintaining exceptionally high standards, with individual quality checks on all items.
- Collaborating with team members and other departments involved in the production process.
- Completing work sheets (digital)
- Use fabrics effectively to optimise usage and reduce waste.
- Maintain good housekeeping, with a safe and clean working environment, complying with company guidelines.
- Plan workloads
- Maintain inventory and pattern library.
- Must experience of high end and luxury upholstered furniture, including traditional and modern upholstery styles and finishes, including piping, top stitch, twin needlework, quilting etc.
- Ability to carry out all aspects of sewing and finishing, from start to finish.
- Knowledge of cutting.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills both written and spoken in English.
- Ability to work independently, or within a team to meet deadlines.
- Good organisational and housekeeping skills.
- Reliable and professional.
