We are now looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified pharmacist with experience of selling and/or delivering services into the NHS to join our expert organisation.
You will have the chance to utilise your experience and skill set to contribute significantly to continued growth across our primary care product portfolio as you forge key relationships with a variety of customers. No two days will be the same with us
**The Role**
As a Clinical Account Manager, you will develop and deliver on our OptimiseRx and AnalyseRx customer deployment and account plans, maximising customer adoption and return on investment throughout your region.
Through building and nurturing strong and mutually beneficial relationships with a wide array of customer stakeholders, you will ensure our solutions provide enduring value based on each customer’s needs.
As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will support them with navigating NHS procurement requirements to achieve timely contract renewals.
Additionally, you will:

- Support FDB Commercial Managers in pre-sales activity for your region
- Manage the competitive tender process when applicable to customers renewing in your region
- Recognise and realise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
**About You**
To be considered as a Clinical Account Manager, you will need:

- To be a qualified pharmacist, with current GPhC registration
- Experience of selling and/or delivering services into the NHS
- Significant experience providing complex health IT related solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Please note, this role combines home working with work on customer sites within your region. You may be required to work outside of normal office hours with occasional overnight stays.
