- The Print and Production Specialist supports the print and production contract management.
- Continuous improvement with our suppliers and issue resolution is at the heart of this role, ensuring RFT delivery of showmaterial for all Sales plan, Rebuilds and events. Sitting between categories, retail operations, printers and production agencies, this role has full accountability for the delivery of showmaterial into stores.

- Support the business owner of all print contracts within Marketing, and True Story, N20 and Linney Production contracts, including KPI management, CI development, issue resolution and escalations
- Resolve day to day issues with showmaterial, allocations, and logistics
- Monitor and drive process compliance (timeliness and accuracy) through provision of tools
- Support wider process projects ensuring the needs of the Marketing Team are delivered and any process improvements can be made.
- Ensure all the correct training and development materials are in place for the Marketing Team
- Maintain the Base Budget Tracker & raise POs for our key Suppliers

**About you**
- Cross functional working and relationship building with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong Process knowledge of Instore Marketing
- Team leadership and development
- Ability to identify opportunities to deliver time and cost savings/efficiencies and ability to influence to make these happen
- Basic knowledge of the print industry would be beneficial
