Senior Hairdresser

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining positive client interactions.
- Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.

**Qualifications**
- Valid hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience in the industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus.
- Previous experience in store management or front desk operations would be beneficial.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
