Service Advisor
Haynes is a leading car and commercial vehicle dealership in Kent and we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Maidstone team.
We are looking for someone who has the confidence to deal with customers and colleagues and provide first-class customer service. Excellent communication and administrative skills are important for this role.
**Main Duties**:
Greeting and assisting customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service.
Advising customers on necessary repairs, estimated costs and timelines.
Liaising with the workshop and service department.
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process and updating them on costs and progress of work.
Maintaining and updating records and computer systems.
Accurately preparing job cards and invoices.
Handling customer queries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Following up with customers to ensure everything has been completed to their satisfaction.
Upselling additional services, parts, or accessories when appropriate.
Core hours of work will be 07:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break) plus 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis, 08:00 - 13:00.
