**Experienced Group Management Accountant - 3 Month Interim - Immediate Start** We are partnering with a Global Management Consultancy in need of an Interim Group Management Accountant to come in ASAP to support their internal finance function. This PE-Backed business boasts an innovative and diverse work environment across its officesacross the globe. As Interim Group Management Accountant, your focus is to hit the ground running with 2 direct reports in delivering the production of the monthly consolidated accounts, alongside other financial & management reports. You will support the existing FinancialController and Head of Finance in maintaining the accuracy / integrity of the accounting records. **Key Responsibilities**: - _Production & consolidation of Group’s monthly management accounts._ - _Analysis of monthly P&L._ - _Team management of 2 direct reports._ - _Enhance, innovate & improve existing processes and procedures._ - _Liaise with overseas teams for alignment of deadlines / reporting requirements._ **Essential Background**: - _Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, etc.)_ - _Experience across FX with multi-currency revenues and costs._ - _Solid understanding of UK & US corporate tax._ - _Adaptable to a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity._ - _Prior exposure to "Exchequer" software is a plus._
