**Job purpose**
As Internal Sales Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for looking after a number of assigned business customers, responding to their enquiries, receiving and processing their sales orders and providing any required additional customer service support. As part of our committed Sales team, you are someone who enjoys dealing with customers over the phone and has a natural flair with people.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Receiving and responding to customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Following up of all enquiries over a pre-determined value
- Working alongside our National Salesperson to develop and support our customer base and achieve sales forecasts and budgets
- Handling customer enquiries relating to product information, deliveries, or non-conformance issues
- Liaising with our carriers regarding customer deliveries
- Sending out sample requests
- Providing material certification when required
- Working closely with all internal departments to achieve the best outcome for customer orders and requests
- Any ad hoc duties as required
**Qualifications and Key Attributes**
- SAP experience is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided)
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and to contribute as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to be flexible
- Ability to get on well with a wide variety of people
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
**Salary**: Up to £23,100.00 per year
