**Site Agent**

**Key Duties**:

- Compliance Testing
- Health and Safety
- Key holder
- Minor repairs including some simple plumbing, electrical and joinery work.
- Holiday Cover
- Be computer literate and have good IT knowledge
- Have experience of Compliance Testing
- Have strong knowledge of Health and Safety, including COSHH.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Be flexible with working hours/ emergency call outs/ holiday cover
- Have some experience of caretaking duties in a general capacity
- Have basic handy-person skills, able to carry out minor repairs including some simple plumbing, electrical and joinery work.
- Have good Literacy skills - able to read instructions, and maintain work related records
- Be able to work without supervision and able to contribute positively to the work of the Site Manager
- Have good communication skills - to communicate politely and tactfully with school premise users
- Be willing to undertake necessary training

**Salary**: AS 13 £ 28,463 FTE Actual salary £16,110

**Job Role**: Fixed Term until 30th April 2025, Part time, 21 hours per week Monday - Friday, working hours to be agreed
