Time 4 U Limited are looking for an additional HR Administrator, to join the HR team within our organization delivering support to the most vulnerable individuals within the community.

**Main duties of the job**:

- Assist with the provision of effective administrative support for safe recruitment processes including but not limited to:

- Interviews, DBS checks, employment references, right to work checks
- Creation of both e-files and hard files of employees and updating them
- Coordinate staff inductions and setting up staff on Company internal systems
- Assist the HR Manager in identifying opportunities for improving processes and systems for the team
- Data entry on the HR systems and generate relevant reports
- Assist with any other ad hoc projects which the HR manager may request of you.

**Skills and experience**:

- Required: _
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Office.
- Some experience in similar administrative role.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent writing and numeracy skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, discretion, and sound judgement.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, can-do attitude and ability to work on you own initiative.
- Commitment to providing excellent service.

- Working toward a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a HR team.
- Previous experience working with digital HR systems.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
