We are the UK and Europe's No.1 leading telematics providers and we are currently seeking a Video Telematics Installation Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. This is a **field-based role**, requiring you to work independently and outdoors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installing, testing, and troubleshooting various types of cameras and trackers on different types of vehicles
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all installations and services performed
- Communicating effectively with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities such as vehicle surveys and system demonstrations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of installation processes and procedures
- Adhering to health & safety standards and policies

**Key Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive or tracker/camera industry
- Good knowledge of vehicle wiring systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding external environment
- A full valid UK driver's license is essential for this role

We offer a fantastic **starting salary of £30,000**, which has the potential to rise to **£35,000 throughout the year through 1.5x paid Saturdays and 2x Pay Sundays**, along with an excellent benefits package including a **company van + fuel card**, **health care cash plan**, **5% employer pension contributions**, **33 days holiday**, **company sick pay**, and **life assurance 4x annual salary**.
