- Manage the flow of guests during events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborate with team members to execute event plans efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: £12.50-£16.61 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
