We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Mental Health Support Workers ** to join our team here at **A Home For You** based in the **Worthing** area. We currently have two supported living sites, one in a countryside setting and one in a seaside setting.

**Contract**: Permanent contract, full time and part time roles available

**Hours**:Mornings, afternoons, evenings or night shifts available.

**Pay**: £22,000 to £23,000 per year plus a £600 car allowance and 45p per mile paid to you.

You will form part of a team with other Team Leaders and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
