Tin Town is an independent coffee shop at the heart of the community. We are delighted to be hiring Barista to join our team

We are seeking an experienced barista with a passion for excellence in speciality coffee and customer service.

**The applicant must have at least 1+ years experience as a Barista.**

We serve up cakes and pastries, light lunches and snacks, along with artisan breads and ice-creams, but our passion for the perfect coffee is what sets us out from the competition.

About our Baristas:

- Focus on customer service & getting to know our regulars
- A Passion for the pulling the perfect shot and a sound knowledge of coffee extraction and dialling in
- Proficient and consistent latte art skills
- Have previous experience working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment
- Someone who is a team player, outgoing and friendly, who will enjoy becoming part of the Tin Town family
- Flexible and willing to help in other areas of service when required
- Wants to pass on their knowledge to other team members to help them learn and improve
- Full of ideas and passion

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
