**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of first aid practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments, nursing homes, or hospice care settings is beneficial.
- A background in nursing or relevant healthcare training will be considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
