To organise and take notes at meetings as required. To provide a general administrative function for the team members as directed by senior management. To work collaboratively with other team members. To welcome clients attending appointments and respond to any queries.
To be able to manage difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner in person and on the telephone. To maintain and operate the client clinical data systems. To contact clients to arrange appointments. To be flexible in approach to work.
To undertake annual appraisal with Line Manager and to attend meetings and training courses as required. Good written & verbal communication Ability to efficiently maintain administrative systems Ability to prioritise own workload Experience of working with databases Experience of working with diverse range of people over the telephone and in person Ability to work independently on own initiative as well as in a team Ability to work flexibly and be able to problem solve To be able to manage difficult situations on the telephone and in person in calm and empathic manner To be able to multi-task Knowledge and understanding of mental health difficulties Good knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint Evidence of understanding and experience of working with diverse communities Working knowledge of IAPTUS & RiO or able to learn IT systems proficiently
