A Recruitment Administrator is needed to support the a care provider in all aspects of recruitment administration.

The Recruitment Administrator role will include the following key tasks:

- Place adverts on websites and social media platforms.
- Arrange training and conducting pre-employment checks as part of the onboarding process

The ideal person for the Recruitment Administrator role will have:

- a background in internal recruitment or care and wanting to move into a recruitment role
- effective administration skills
- knowledge of the onboarding process within a care setting (CRB checks etc)
