In this role, some daily duties will include covering reception, scanning, filing, booking appointments and the ability to take calls from professional staff.
You will be joining a trusted business who will offer training to support you in delivering your duties and goals. IT proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel will be highly advantageous to this role.
Your role will be based in Newtownards and we do require the successful applicant to be flexible with working hours, that will include Days, Evenings, Night shift and Weekend work. The total hours that you will work will be 37.5 hours per week, rate of paywill be from £9.50 to £17.57 depending on your shift.
