**Job Advert Description**:
We are looking for a full time Professional Standards Coordinator that will support the Institute of Physics in its mission to transform the physics landscape for the UK and Ireland, and ensure a thriving physics ecosystem that contributes to innovation, discovery, research, growth and debate in the UK, Ireland and beyond. This is 18 month fixed-term contract.

**What will I be doing?**
- Dealing with a range of enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Completing a variety of administrative tasks

**Projects you work on may include**:

- Contribute to the CPD monitoring process

**Who will I work with?**
- You will work closely with colleagues in Professional Standards and the wider membership department.
- You will work with members and external stakeholders.

**Essential Criteria**
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills

**Nice to have**
- Experience of working for a professional body
- Knowledge of Professional registrations and CPD
