Our clients Account Management Sales teams are driven by one goal - to be the market leading corporate real estate services provider in EMEA. They strive to provide our clients with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions in the management of theirreal estate portfolios.
Product Sales teams complement them by helping our clients understand the extensive list of products we have on offer. Not only limited to our existing client base, the Product Sales teams proactively engage with the wider market to introduce our productsand grow our client portfolio. They help new and existing clients choose the best combination of tools that will get the most out of their real estate portfolio.
We are now seeking an Energy & Sustainability Product Sales Lead to take full responsibility for growing our Energy & Sustainability Product revenue and adoption across new and existing clients in EMEA. Partnering with Global Operations and Product teams,they will develop sales strategies, support operational team needs, and ensure full alignment between teams.

You will strategically identify target clientsby developing a client stakeholder mapping and pursuit strategy.

As our Energy & Sustainability Product Sales expert, you will manage and lead the sales development of the Energy & Sustainability specialty products and drive coordination with our Product leaders to manage the sales platform and pipeline reporting. Also,you’ll attend the sales pursuit debriefs to provide feedback on the sales cycle, team approach, and win themes.
Working closely with our internal Technology and Product teams, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the integration products and technology that you will be selling to our clients. You will also act as a liaison with the Energy & Sustainability organisationand the Product team for continual product improvement, idea sharing, and general collaboration.
Setting us up for success
Pitches require a lot of information. As the Energy & Sustainability Product Sales Lead, you will participate in RFP/RFI response efforts as needed; this could include collaborating on technical responses, example deliverables, presentations, staffing modeldevelopment and pricing exercises.
You will need to work closely with our sales and solutions functional leadership to Energy & Sustainability best practices within bid responses. Your expertise will be essential in establishing appropriate pricing strategies, taking the lead on contractnegotiations, product demonstrations and client engagements/pitches.
Innovation and Strategising
Your job will involve designing business strategies and establishing appropriate pricing to ensure new client wins. As a Lead, you’ll encourage innovation through more need-specific Energy & Sustainability solutions that meet each client’s unique challengesand needs. You’ll use your expertise to bundle Energy & Sustainability speciality services, products, and technical solutions for value-added offerings while managing client engagement related to the services lifecycle.

Seasoned professional
Have you been selling real estate related products to corporate clients? Maybe you’re a seasoned sales person with a passion for Real Estate?
This role needs someone with experiences in selling products to large corporate clients. Of course, we would prefer if that was from within Real Estate, but we would also consider those from adjacent environments.
Exposure to technology products will help. As will a proven record of success working with global organisations, a quick discerning of needs, and the ability to prioritise activities with the highest value and impact.
