Customer Success Specialist

**Salary**:£26,000 - £29,000 per annum**

**Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer centric individual with great eye for detail to join the Customer Success team here at Huboo

Huboo are a technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.

**The role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey from point of sale through to trading, ensuring the first four weeks of trading run smoothly and supporting our customers thereafter.

This is a demanding busy role with a process to follow to ensure all clients are onboarded correctly and efficiently with mínimal error.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the main point of contact to clients throughout the onboarding journey
- Understanding client needs and demands in order to provide a fantastic start to their Huboo journey
- Working to deadlines and being hands on, making sure that tasks relating to client logistics are completed to the required standards & timescales
- Taking ownership of the client stock to ensure safe and organised storage
- Liaising with Operations and the wider business to ensure the understanding of the client’s packaging requirements, including the procurement of bespoke packaging
- Using our CRM (Salesforce) to complete all relevant admin tasks and keep client records up to date
- Ensuring that all goods in requirements are met and deliveries booked in and managed accordingly
- Responding to client tickets within agreed SLA
- Graduating the client to our Customer Service Department/Key Account Managers within the required timescales

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer onboarding/success is essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sales and/or logistics experience is highly desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a very busy workload with demanding timescales
- Passionate about delivering a fantastic seamless journey for our new clients
- A resourceful and confident nature with the ability to find solutions even when there is no clear path
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Happy to work in both an office and warehouse environment
- Driving license and access to own transport is highly desirable
