Job Introduction
As a Resourcing Assistant, you will support the Resourcing Team with daily recruitment activities, alongside completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer.

You will be working closely with the team, who will support you as you learn about recruitment processes, procedures and best practices.

You will have a key support network in the form of a line manager, a buddy and a designated Early Careers contact, who will all have regularly catch ups with you to support you throughout your apprenticeship programme. You will also be given the time you need to complete your studies, including time for research, coursework and meetings with your course tutor.

Main Responsibilities
- Advertise vacancies using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and various external job boards
- Utilise social media to help market our opportunities
- Manage our shared mailboxes, responding to queries or forwarding onto the relevant colleague
- Supporting the team with the set up and organisation of recruitment events
- Ensuring our ATS is kept up to date with the relevant information and activity for each vacancy
- Ad-hoc administration duties to support the team and department
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Well organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- High level of attention to detail
- A keen interest in recruitment and the willingness to learn
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy, fast paced environment
- Good work ethic and eager to do well
- Ability to work well as part of a team
