Managing a small Crisis team currently based at the Old Forge in Wokingham covering weekends and out of hours. The team works closely with the Reading team and offers opportunities for mobile working. You will be an enthusiastic qualified HCP (psychiatric nurse/social worker/occupational therapist/psychologist) with experience of overseeing complex caseloads and managing patients in mental health crisis. Possessing effective communication skills, great people skills and an ability to engage well with other professionals and teams you will be responsible for the day to day running and successful allocation of the daily workload. Alongside a small Multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for ensuring high quality evidence based care for those in mental health crisis.
