**About the role**
**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage, train and motivate the outbound sales teams
- Run an effective and dynamic telemarketing service for intermediaries to promote LifeQuote, its adoption and full usage within their normal business practice.
- Motivate all team members to achieve business objectives and service standards.
- Produce reports and analyse all sales and marketing activity and present findings regularly to the Senior Management Team including reporting on business volumes resulting from activity’s.
- Develop appropriate reporting metrics and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of sales activity.
- Ensure all market information and publications held and published by LifeQuote and Direct Life are up-to-date, relevant and of value.
- Ensure all inbound telephone enquiries concerning the LifeQuote service are answered with SLA’s
- Manage the running of any training, webinars and events on behalf of Sales & Marketing.
- Identify future workloads and meet resource requirements to achieve service standards.
- Manage projects as required from time to time.
- Identify improvements to and make suggestions for improving processes for customers and business in particular through knowledge of the principles of medical underwriting and understanding of Insurer underwriting systems.
- Conduct and communicate in a professional and empathetic manner, securing 'sales through service’ including answering all customer queries.
- Follow regulatory and cultural guidelines and procedures as outlined in the staff handbook and Operational manuals e.g. Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), Data Protection, Health and Safety, Financial Crime, Money Laundering and Complaint handling.
- Identify improvements to, and make suggestions for, improving processes for Customers and the business.
- Handle all Customer contacts, both verbal and written, in a professional and empathic manner.
- To provide the highest possible standard of Customer care, meeting Customer needs and satisfy business demands.
- Show flexibility and carry out any other reasonable duties set by the Chief Commercial Officer
