Calibre Search are working with a highly established Consultancy who after recent acquisitions, are looking to bring in an assistant to intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their new team based in Stoke.

You will be working closely with their recently acquired QS team and reporting to their QS Director as you will be assisting in all services involving quantity surveying, employer's agent and project management duties.

The workload mostly includes only high profile projects from land regeneration 250 acre sites and being involved in all pre and post contract matters as they develop this land constructing new build commercial, industrial, retail and residential schemes.

Excellent position for any Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a Consultancy, Developer or Main Contractor background already looking to join a close knitted team and have the chance to work closely with vastly experienced MRICS Directors who will only improveand develop your career as well as fully support you through the APC.

**Duties/Requirements**
- Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team
- The ability to deal/face Clients of all levels
- Professional presentation, attention to detail and flexibility within all work matters.
- Assisting in offering Pre & Post Contract services - Final Accounts/BOQ's/measurements etc
- Project Management/Employer Agent Services/ on-site travel & inspections.
- Degree qualified and working towards your APC
