We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury as a Sales Advisor working 40 hours per week with an industry leading £32,000 basic salary with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn in excess of £35,000

Our Sales Advisors are required to assist customers through the purchase of their vehicle from viewing our products, assisting with test drive to finance options and delivery. You will be informing the customers on finance, insurance and accessory products and naturally build a rapport with customers to help identify their needs. You will be providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generating new customers through prospecting.

We are fully committed to delivering our colleagues flexibility that allows them to balance their work life and home life as well as delivering them a great place to work. In this role you will work 40 hours per week on a mutually agreed fixed shift pattern. We can be flexible and are open to discuss a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand

We welcome all applicants with customer-facing experience; motor trade experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

Due to our in-depth training and ongoing coaching, many of our high performing colleagues have successfully transitioned from Travel, Hospitality and High Street retail roles. However, to ensure you are a great fit with our existing high performing colleagues, you will need to be able to demonstrate the 5 unteachables - Drive, Attitude, Talent, Character and Energy.

You will be passionate about our customers and products, always acting with integrity and professionalism. You will need to have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role.
