We are looking for an individual to join our team, to provide a high standard of care for residents and to assist the nursing staff and other staff in ensuring the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents. Assisting residents to retain as much of their dignity and individuality as possible by offering them choice. To demonstrate commitment to and skill in the person centred approach

To participate in and implement learning which develops one's own emotional self-awareness and a person centred approach towards others.

Good communication and written skills are required, ability to work as a team member, able to work long days, a spring in the step and a constant smile is always appreciated.

The position does require assistance with person care, assistants with dining experience, and social activities, including visits out in the community.

Full training given, some of the best HCA's come from a non-care background.
