**Your Role as SENDCO**:
As SENDCO, you will oversee SEND strategy, interventions, and staff training, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Leading SEND provision, including EHCPs and intervention planning
- Supporting teachers in differentiation and inclusive classroom practice
- Working with parents, carers, and external agencies to enhance student support
- Delivering training and CPD for staff on SEND best practices
- Monitoring progress and implementing strategies for student success

**What the School is Looking For**:

- A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in SEND education
- Either NASENCO qualified or working towards the qualification
- A strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCPs, and inclusion strategies
- A collaborative and student-centred approach to SEND leadership
