Venn Group have been approached by a Support Organisation and would like to introduce the following position available

**Position:

Extra Care Housing Manager**

**Location:

- Little Hulton, Salford **

**Rate:

- Negotiable depending on experience**

**Hours:

- 37.5 hours p/week - no weekends**

**Length:

- 8 - 12 weeks**

**The role will predominantly involve**:

- Ensuring the smooth day to day management of an extra care retirement living scheme for 55 plus age group
- Housing management
- Managing two senior members of staff
- Conducting morning calls and welfare checks
- Welcoming new residents and managing the use of communal facilities
- Managing scheme emergency situations appropriately
- Carrying out health and safety inspections at the scheme
- Signposting to specialist support agencies
