As an App Store Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the App Store, driven by our Business Development team. You will build and implement systems and automations that create alignment between our global teams and key business priorities, enabling Business Managers to focus on growth of their portfolios. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a central team focused on establishing frameworks, strengthening cross-functional feedback loops and streamlining communication within a dynamic organization.

**Description**
- Design, build, and maintain systems and automations within Airtable and other tools to support business development enablement initiatives, facilitating a focus on proactive growth strategies. - Develop and implement solutions to streamline communication, set up automated reminders, and facilitate efficient feedback collection from regional business managers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions. - Support the leadership team in data collection and analysis to advise account prioritisation, capacity planning, and resource deployment strategies. - Document processes and create training materials to ensure effective adoption of new systems by global teams.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Familiarity with Airtable and other data processing or project management tools (e.g. Excel), including experience in building automations and handling data.
- Exposure to in international sophisticated organisations and an understanding of their operational complexities.
- A strong interest in productivity, automation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
- A proactive and meticulous approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Qualifications**
An interest in business growth and strategic planning.
