Seddon and Sons (Produce) Ltd is a well established family run Leek farm based in Holmeswood, near Burscough. The Seddon family have farmed in Holmeswood for four generations. We supply top quality leeks to wholesalers and catering suppliers from Lands End to John O'Groats. We are looking for a "part-time office administrator" to join our office team in helping with the day to day business operations. You must have excellent IT skills and a high level of communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload. **As an Office Administrator your key responsibilities will be**: - Meeting and greeting visitors to the farm - Answering the telephone - Organising meeting rooms - Sales inputs and invoicing - Purchase and Sales administration using Xero - General admin tasks **Essential skills should include**: - A self starter with the ability to work on your own initiative - Positive "can-do" attitude - Meticulous attention to detail is a must - First rate communication skills, both written and orally - Proficient in PC (Word, Office, Excel) **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 10 per week **Salary**: From £9.70 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Company pension - Free parking - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Ormskirk, L40 1UJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Reference ID: Seddon office
