**Salary**: £25k basic salary + £3k OTE

Our client is a key player in the events and entertainment industry, renowned for some of the best virtual and in-person drinks experiences across the globe They have a multi award winning team of drinks professionals, creatives and event experts.
With major clients including Apple, YouTube and Bacardi to name a few, our client have catered for over 2 million guests since their inception in 2011 They now have a fantastic opportunity to join the company as a Business Development Executive
**Package**:

- A competitive basic salary of £25,000
- Y1 OTE of £28,000

**Role**:

- Learn and understand the company products and solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through research, profiling and marketing leads
- Book meetings with key decision makers and further down the line shadow more senior sales members to understand the sales cycle and gain exposure to clients
- Be organised in your approach to time management and be able to organise others when needed within your specific work area

**Requirements**:

- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, hardworking and results driven
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
