**Private Client Solictor**

Due to extensive growth, Fusion Consulting Group are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor, specialising in Wills, Trusts, and Estates to join a leading Professional Services Group in London.

The group has several subsidiaries ranging from Tax, Accounting, Legal, Financial Services and Digital Marketing. Our mission is to disrupt the Professional Services space.

This will be a part time role (2-3 days a week).

Reporting to the Directors, we are looking for a Private Client Solicitor who has an excellent working knowledge of Will drafting, Trusts and Estates.

Working with our team of Tax professionals, you must have experience in Drafting Wills, Trusts, LPAs Estates.

**Job Role and Responsibility**:

- You will be required to have a call or face to face meeting with the clients to find out the Clients needs
- Scoping the matter
- Drafting Wills Trusts and Estates, and making sure the Client understands the document
- Drafting Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Dealing with third party organisation where necessary

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with minimum 2 years technical relevant experience and knowledge is essential
- STEP or CiOT membership is desirable
- Experience in dealing with High Net worth and Ultra High Net worth individuals
- Be business development focused
- Have excellent Client service skills
- Must be highly organised, proactive and a self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

London, Finchley N3 Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

Wednesday and Friday remote/WFH
