**Sales Administrator - Birmingham - Full Time - Up to £25,000**
**Monday to Friday - Office hours**
Are you an experienced Sales Administrator, with exposure to sales order processing, administrative support and helping customers with their journey?
If so, you will be bound to be interested in this Sales Support Administrator position, within an Established UK company.

**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:

- To answer the telephone and assist with general enquiries
- Process requests
- Order in samples from suppliers as required, monitoring the order’s progress and liaising with Samples department and Area Sales Manager regarding its receipt
- Cleanse sample report for Area Sales Manager to monitor our initial enquiry opportunities
- Produce pricing quotations, including initial quotations and cloned quotes to non-corporate and corporate customers as required
- Raise Stock quotations
- Provide product specific data sheets as requested
- Carry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you

**Sales Administrator Experience Required**:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage staff, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts ranging from executive to administrative levels, and to produce effective summaries andreports as required
- Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail
- Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
- High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
- Previous use of SAP would be an advantage but not essential

**Salary for the Sales Administrator is paying up to £25,000 plus fantastic benefits to be discussed**
