**HR Generalist - Maternity Contract**
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a forward thinking and collaborative team, taking on an essential role within a busy, fast paced environment.
You will provide HR expertise, support the leadership team and work collaboratively with the wider business.
In order to be successful in this role, you will thrive on change and be a visible leader. You will need strong relationship building skills and the ability to embrace different opinions and ways of working in order to maintain/improve the great working culturealready in place.
Key elements of the role will include, delivering key change projects, supporting culture change to ensure targets and objectives are met and representing the business at a national level with wider business stakeholders.
