Now is an exciting time to join Dreams, the UK's number one specialist bed retailer. We are currently looking for a Part Time 20 hour Retail Sales Advisor to join our fantastic store based in Banbury
Retail is vital for the success of our brand. Working in store you will be customer facing, ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional customer journey whilst they shop in store. Using our industry leading Sleepmatch technology together with your excellentcommunication skills, you will work with each individual customer to ensure that we find them their 'great night's sleep'. A passion for a personal sense of achievement, teamed with drive to hit both individual and store targets is essential.
You should be able to demonstrate ambition to succeed and will in turn be provided with the tools and training to fulfil that desire.
Whilst no previous sales experience is necessary you need to have the determination and self-motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets and the confidence to approach customers and negotiate sales.
We will offer you a base salary together with uncapped earning potential based on your sales performance as (salary advertised is expected OTE - on target earnings)

Dreams are operational 7 days a week, so this role will involve working weekends and bank holidays, therefore a flexible working pattern is essential
