An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly and hardworking organisation as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

This is a full time permanent position reporting directly into the Finance Director.

**Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;**
- Supervising and providing support to the purchase ledger team
- Implement best practices and policies in Supplier invoices, payments processing and organisation wide analytics.
- Ensuring that our services are provided in a way that is consistent with their values

**To be considered for the role you must have;**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- AAT Level 4 (or equivalent) or willingness to complete on appointment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thoroughly review transactional entries
- Organised multitasker: motivating self and others to remain calm under the pressure of strict deadlines
- Ensure data integrity and availability is always maintained
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good MS Office Skills, including Advanced Excel
