Batford Day Care are looking for a passionate and experienced early years practitioner to help support our children as we build strong foundations for their life-long learning journey.

Our setting has large, well-equipped rooms with an amazing outdoor environment for children to play in and explore.

We are looking for someone with patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

Previous experience in a childcare setting is essential.

At Batford Day Care we reward staff with pay and conditions that make them feel a valued member of our friendly team.

Our opening times are 7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks of the year.

Hours available: Full Time (40 Hours) and Part Time (please enquire for further details)

**Qualification required: NVQ Level 2 Childcare or equivalent**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality childcare and support to children in early years settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Assist with daily routines, including meal times and outdoor play, while promoting a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Pay: From £12.45 per hour
