**Graduate Risk & Compliance Consultant**

Join our Risk & Compliance Team and play a critical role in providing 1st and 2nd line defence for businesses in the fast-evolving landscape of financial crime.

**Where ambition meets opportunity**

As an Associate Consultant you will work in a broad range of roles, often in Financial Services, helping clients to ensure that they comply with evermore pressing regulations from the authorities. You’ll join FDM as an Associate Consultant where you will have access to continual career development, mentoring and upskilling via our Skills Labs, hosted by our expert coaches.

You will gain essential skills to get involved in a wide range of areas such as business analysis, risk, excel and data visualisation. This will provide you with a strong foundation upon which you can build a diverse and successful career.

**Minimum Qualifications as a Risk & Compliance Consultant**:

- Degree level qualification (2:2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work in a team
- Demonstrable interest and desire to work in technology
- The right to work in the UK
