Our fantastic hospitality team are looking for individuals to join them who are passionate about creating a positive customer experience, reliable and enthusiastic. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- To deliver high quality service to our members, guests and clients by working in the bar and catering areas across a wide range of events.
- To ensure all our guests and clients have a excellent experience at BAWA Leisure and that their event goes smoothly, helping with any queries or requests that may arise throughout the event.
- To maintain a high level of tidiness and cleanliness of our hospitality areas, function rooms and stores.
- Must work well with others in a team environment, confident communicator and excellent customer service skills.
- A can do attitude and share the BAWA commitment to customer service.

Some weekend and evening work will be required.
