As a Recruitment & Induction Co-ordinator and part of our internal recruitment team, you will be based at one of our amazing holiday parks.
You will coordinate all aspects of our seasonal recruitment campaigns for roles such as chefs, food & beverage teams, housekeeping, sports and leisure and more.
Although recruitment makes up a big part of this role, you will also be responsible for supporting our Talent Development team to ensure all new seasonal team members have a first class induction.
You will be involved with arranging inductions materials, co-ordinating and running our virtual induction programmes, meeting our recruits on their first day and generally supporting the Park Leadership team to deliver an amazing experience for our new recruits.
We are looking for someone with a real passion for people. Someone who is creative and fun and who loves what they do and isn't afraid to shout about it to others
