**Responsible to**:Director

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with private clients and with VMS account managers.
- Sourcing suitable temporary and permanent vacancies from a range of clients and VMS's.
- Researching the market, identifying target clients, generating leads and developing business relationships
- Big potential for career progression including leading a team of junior staff.

**Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience**
- Current experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant
- Proven track record of billing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who is goal oriented and has a proven experience of working with a matter of urgency.
- High professional standards
- Strong ability to work on own initiative
