**The Company**

**Key Responsibilities** of the Recruitment Administrator
- Support a small but very experienced recruitment team including the owners as they each undertake a 360 recruitment consulting role
- Uploading CV’s to multiple client ATS systems
- Writing and uploading adverts to company website and multiple job boards
- Ensuring company GDPR policy is adhered to
- Data cleansing and updating of company CRM
- Creation of client invoices via Xero
- Dealing with regular ad-hoc requests from consultants

**Skills & Attributes** of the Recruitment Administrator
- Self-motivated able to work with little supervision
- Demonstrable experience of sales or recruitment administration from either a small or large business
- Experience of working with Bullhorn would be advantageous but not essential
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo, BrassRing, CVMail, WorkDay, SmartRecruiters would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience of producing invoices (either manually or via accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage would be useful)
- People who are proud to be part of a team
- A collaborative and supportive personality that understands the importance of customer experience
- Willingness to undertake additional ad-hoc duties
- Exposure to Office 365 Products (specifically Word and Outlook would be desirable)
