Our continued success is built on a commitment to excellence, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. **Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our finished goods warehouse as a Production Operative. This role is based in our Washington warehouse and involves consolidating full kitchen units and sundry items onto trolleys, utilising a PC, and scanning items into designated bays. **Key Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the Manager to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time. - Adhere to safety procedures and company policies during equipment operation. - Follow and uphold all relevant processes and procedures in line with company standards. - Ensure that products meet customer expectations with a "Right First Time" approach. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. **Essential Skills and Qualifications**: - Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment. - A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering results. - Strong problem-solving abilities, working logically and systematically. - Proficient in IT, with the ability to leverage software and hardware effectively. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player. - Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - A positive attitude towards continuous learning and personal growth. **Working Hours**: - Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - Friday: 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £23,400.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - Free parking - On-site parking Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: - Forklift Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: FGW1
