**Bar & Events Staff**

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic **Bar & Events Staff** to join our Bar Team at The Architect Cafe Bar. We are looking for bartenders and coffee makers who can work in a fast paced environment and who can deliver a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

You will need to be knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with the correct drink choice. The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop amongst our friendly and hardworking team, with the potential to progress within the company.
We also have an events space on the first floor, where we also manage the bookings, catering and logistics.
Our standard hours are 30 hours per week on a flexible rota with a mix of day and nights shifts including weekends.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given if you have the passion and enthusiasm for working in our cafe bar.

The Architect is an art deco café bar bringing a taste of Europe to Bristol’s historic harbour. By day, The Architect is a warm, welcoming haven on the quayside, serving speciality coffees, teas & sourdough sandwiches — it’s the perfect place to meet, or take a quiet moment to read & make plans. By night, The Architect is a sophisticated bar with signature cocktails, fine wines & craft beers, served alongside cheese & charcuterie boards. In the summer, our terrace is where you can catch the evening sun with a unique view of the water, passing ferry boats & the lively festival culture.
