We are an established, friendly team with a _can-do _approach, dedicated to promoting inclusion and empowering adult learners across Norfolk.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in learning support or working with adults in educational settings is an advantage.
- A positive, open-minded attitude and strong communication skills.
- A willingness to complete role-specific training, including the Level 2 Award for Learning Support Practitioners (if not already held).

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support adult learners with additional needs in classroom and online settings.
- Assist tutors in delivering engaging and inclusive learning programmes.
- Help learners develop both academic and personal skills to thrive in society.
